JETHRO TULL A Passion Play: An Extended Performance (Limited Edition 2014 UK/EU FOUR Disc set, comprising a new stereo mix CD of the original album by Steven Wilson, while disc two contains a new Mr Wilson stereo mix of the earlier 'Château d'Hérouville' sessions. The first DVD [audio & video] contains A Passion Play mixed to 5.1 DTS & AC3 Dolby Digital surround sound & PCM 96/24 PCM stereo. Also included is a flat transfer from the original master at PCM 96/24 stereo & video clips of The Story Of The Hare Who Lost His Spectacles - an intro & outro film footage used in the Passion Play tour of 1973. The second DVD [audio only] contains The Château d'Hérouville Sessions mixed to 5.1 DTS & AC3 Dolby Digital surround sound & PCM 96/24 PCM stereo. Comes housed in a 7½" x 5½" casebound book with an integral 80-page book including an extensive article by Martin Webb on the preparation & recording of the album & the Château sessions that preceded it, along with Steven's thoughts on mixing the recordings, 1973 tour history & more. The packaging shows minimal wear & the discs appear barely played)
