VARIOUS The Brain Box - Cerebral Sounds Of Brain Records 1972-1979 (2017 German limited edition 83-track 8-CD box. This stunning and well documented set covers the glorious years of the famous BRAIN Records label, giving an unique insight into the progressive and stunning releases that occurred during that era. Germany - the cradle of KRAUT ROCK - was a pulsating centre for new sounds and risk taking compositions. This is a marvellous tribute to that golden era with acts such as Guru Guru, Grobschnitt, Klaus Schulze, Scorpions and many more. Also includes a 74-page hardcover book and a green tote bag (that can fit vinyl!) with a Brain logo imprint, all housed in a 10" sqaure lift off lid box with green linen wrap. This example remains in a 'near as new' condition still in the original open hype-stickered shrink)
