THE FUGS The Fugs First Album (1969 UK 1st issue on the black & silver Fontana label, fully laminated picture sleeve. Originally released in the US in '65, their ramshackle mix of folk, beat poetry, acid-fried psychedelia and proto-punk wouldprove to be hugely influential [think Deviants, Pink Fairies, post-punk etc]. The UK version places the original sleeve picture on the reverse with an ever-so-psychedelic front image - NICE! The sleeve shows very little wear and the vinyl appearsbarely played STL5513)
