JOHN RENBOURN John Renbourn (Fantastic 1966 UK 15-track mono debut LP on the 1st issue purple and white 'Globe' label with the logo running across the top portion of the label, also featuring Bert Jansch, who co-wrote two of the tunes, front laminated picture sleeve. As a player, even though this was his first outing on album, he had already begun to carve his distinctive style and team up with Bert, the two of them later to form the groundbreaking Pentangle. This copy displays a little laminate lift at the spine with a small previous owner cat. sticker to rear and otherwise has escaped the more usual ravages of time. The vinyl too remains in amazing near 'as new' condition with a radiant gleam and not so much as an obvious paper scuff to mar its finish. A very nice copy indeed of Mr Renbourn's calling card to the world TRA135)
