THE IDOLS You (1979 UK solid centre 7" vinyl single, also including Girl That I Love. This is one & only single release from the punk group formed by Jerry Nolan following his departure from The Heartbreakers [in 1977] and he was joined by Steve Dior, Arthur Kane & Barry Jones; with Jerry, Steve & Arthur also filling in as the backing band for Sid Vicious' ill-fated New York City solo performances in September 1978. Housed in a plain die-cut paper sleeve, the vinyl shows few signs of play NYC2)
