Also includes an 'Interview with Michael Chapman' NTSC format DVD with a running time of 55 minutes. Each disc is issued in a card wallet picture sleeve with a fold-out booklet - all housedin a clamshell style picture box. The box has just a little light edge scuffing and the contents are near 'as new' SHAKEBX124Z)
