BLUE CHEER / MC5 Summertime Blues / Looking At You (2009 US exclusive limited edition 2-track 7" vinyl single - a real 2-fisted monster this, featuring Blue Cheer's 1968 fuzz 'n' overload update of the Eddie Cochran classic [stereo mix], coupled with the original 1968 A-Square single version of the MC5's 'Looking At You': for those familiar with the tamer version included on the group's 2nd album, 'Back In The USA', you're in for one hell of a surprise! Recorded live to tape in January 1968 at United Sound Studios in Detroit, the group unleash a tidal wave of sonic fury, featuring a blistering twin-guitar assault and hysterical vocals, gloriously captured by manager John Sinclair's distinctly lo-fi production - essential! Presented in sealed picture sleeve)
