THE BEATLES NME Poll-Winners Concert 1965 (Very rare original 1965 UK 20-page 5½" x 8¾" programme for the 1964-65 New Music Express Poll-Winners All-Stars Concert, staged at the Empire Pool, London [now Wembley Arena] on Sunday April 11th, coinciding with the release of 'Ticket To Ride' two days earlier. Other artists on the bill included the Rolling Stones, Dusty Springfield, Them, Kinks, Moody Blues, Georgie Fame and the Animals. Biographies and photographs of all the performers areincluded, with the Fabs' entry remarking on their forthcoming second feature film Eight Arms To Hold You. There is a very slight tear to one corner on the back cover and a small stain on the front, however this item remains in otherwise superb shape - all pages are intact and beautifully clean, with no major creases, writing or other marks. Also included is an original 4½" x 3" ticket stub from the event. It is in remarkable condition given the thin paper used - just a couple of vertical creases, with all text still clearly legible)
