The first issue picture sleeve was manufactured by Garrod & Lofthouse. EJ Day did not produce any sleeves for Help. The top and bottom edges of the spine are 'pinched', as they should have been back in '65, with rounded ended flipbacks. The lower flipback has 'Patents Pending' text and the coded date 6509, which confirms a first stereo issue.

Complete with 'Emitex' lined inner, the all important matrices in the run-offs of the record are YEX168-1 & YEX169-1, indicating a first pressing.

This is a nice one owner example. The sleeve is graded as Near Mint and looks as if it were printed yesterday

There is just the faintest sign of spindle wear.

The vinyl is clean; graded Near Mint on the A side and Excellent on the B Side due to PVC migration from being stored in a protective sleeve, which has left a 'sheen' to the vinyl.
