Morgan (Scarce original 1957 UK 7-track 'microgroove' LP, an original
Savoy recording in London's Jazz Series. This is one of Lee Morgan's
earliest recordings backed by Hank Mobley's Quintet, comprised of
Hank Jones [piano], Doug Watkins [bass] and Art Taylor [drums],
captured in Newark's Savoy studios by Rudy Van Gelder when Lee
was just eighteen years old! An awe-inspiring debut for the young
trumpeter who was already playing with immense passion and
conviction at such a tender age. The fully laminated flipback
