THE CHESTERFIELD KINGS Here Are The Chesterfield Kings (1982 US 14-track vinyl LP, heavyweight pasted picture sleeve. The debut longplayer from the band first discovered by Greg Shaw of Bomp Records fame comes on like some timewarp from the mid-'60s, featuring an array of super-obscure fuzzy rave-up cover versions [the originals of which have since been comped on Nuggets, Pebbles etc], it's all done with an incredible eye for detail - from the covers chosen, to the look of the band and not forgetting the oh-so '60s it hurts sleeve! The sleeve and vinyl are both in Excellent condition and show very little wear overall - recommended! MIRROR9)
