THE SMITHS Rank (Very rare 1988 UK Rough Trade hand set preliminary artwork concept for the Rank album promotional postcard, presented on high quality line board with hand annotated tracing paper overlay and frontleaf, measuring 18" x 9". Alsofeatures a copy of the postcard an oversized (8" x 6") proof of the reverse of the postcard, hand written format check list and a beautiful 10" x 8" high quality black & white photgraphic print of the cover star Alexandra Bastedo! It's a superb set that offers a unique insight into world of the Smiths, this quite possibly unique item remains in superb condition and would prove a fantastic addition to any Smiths collection)
