MORRISSEY Viva Hate (Super rare one-of-a-kind US pair of single sided high grade methyl cellulose lacquer acetates, cut at K-disc Mastering Studios on Sunset Boulevard, Hollywood, CA. on 25th January 1988, almost two months before its official release. Unlike the final release NorthAmerican version this acetate does NOT include Hairdresser On Fire, sticking with the original international configuration featuring The Ordinary Boys. Another interesting anomaly is that the Side 2 label states alternative timings of Dial A Cliche (shown at 2:15) and Margaret On The Guillotine (shown at 3:53), however these versions do not appear to be different to those finally released. Both acetates remain in near mint condition, with unblemished crystal-clear label print, housed in the original K-disc Mastering studio sleeve. A stunning rarity of Morrissey's highly-acclaimed debut solo release and not something you're ever likely to see again!)
