Custom discs and tracklisting inserts with handwritten correction to remove track 17 from Disc 1 to Disc 2. Also includes NTSC DVD-R acetate featuring archival footage, interviews, pictures and reviews [running time 7:41]. Complete with 13-page press release, 10-page bio and 10-page set of copied media articles!) ***Limited to 350 copies worldwide***
