JULIET LAWSON Boo (Incredibly rare 1972 UK 12-track LP
FACTORY SAMPLE stickered to one side of the
Sovereign label for review, with aid from such notables as
Iain Blair, Lol Coxhill, plus bassist Bias Boshell & guitarist
David Costa [here as producer] from The Trees. Like many
one-shot female led folk albums of the era, from Vashti
Bunyan to Linda Perhacs, the record died a quiet death at the
time, though picked up in later years by collectors who were
properly listening. Anincredible copy, the textured gatefold
sleeve shows only the lightest signs of shelf wear at the
edges. There are no marks on the labels. The vinyl is super
clean with little trace of play SVNA7257)
