THE SCAFFOLD Lily The Pink (1968 UK Parlophone 'A' label promotional vinyl 7" for the single release, also including Buttons Of Your Mind, housed in the rare and unique promotional only pink tinted [what else?] picture sleeve. Unusually both sides have green with white 'A' demo labels, even though 'Lily The Pink' is clearly designated as the A-side on the sleeve. The labels also have 'Demonstration Record Not For Sale' text boldly printed in black on either side of the intact 4-prong push-out centre. From the vast personal archive of a former music reviewer and journalist, this copy has been carefully stored away for more than 30 years. The sleeve shows only a little light creasing with no splits and the vinyl looks barely played! R5734)
