A FEW OF THE ITEMS WE WANT...
 | TREES Live! (Rare 1989 Italian only 9-track live LP from the
English folk rock band, housed in a stunning picture sleeve.
The sleeve shows minimal wear, with the vinyl appearing
barely played HBL20404)
Tracklisting: 1. Forest Fire
2. Prince Heathen
3. Tom Of Bedlam
4. Cry Of Morning
5. Burgen Polka
6. Friar Tuck Gets
7. His Innocent Hare
8. Van Daemon's Land
9. Polly On The Shore | | TREES On The Shore (Rare & magnificent British psych
folk 1970 first UK issue 10-track vinyl LP on the smooth
& plain orange CBS label with A1/B1 matrices, a must for fans
of Fairport Convention, Steeleye Span, Vashti Bunyan and the
like, housed in a matt sleeve with glorious Hipgnosis cover.
Due to the sleeve having no laminate to protect against the
ravishes of time, there is a little scuffing atthe edges but
there's really nothing that can detract from its magnificence.
The vinyl is super clean & shows barely a trace of play other
than a couple of tiny scuffs/faint hairlines, leaving it Near
Mint. Highly recommended)
Tracklisting: 1. Soldiers three
2. Murdoch
3. Streets of Derry
4. Sally free and easy
5. Fool
6. Adams toon
7. Geordie
8. While the iron is hot

10. Polly on the shore | | TREES The Garden Of Jane Delawney (New pressing for 2022
of their debut album originally released in 1970, now pressed
on White Vinyl and limited to just 500 copies. From
the band who helped define Acid Folk 'The Garden Of Jane
Delawney' shares some of the pastoral-whimsy that
characterised The Incredible String band or DOnovan, offset
by some stunning interpretations of tradional material.
Picture sleeve replicating the original artwork, hype sticker &
factory sealed)
Tracklisting: Following the recently released and highly praised Trees 50th Anniversary box set on Earth Recordings, Trees reissue their debut album 'The Garden of Jane
Delawney' as a standalone release. It's now over fifty years since Trees' formation, a band who helped define 'Acid Folk', creating a sub-category in the lexicon of record dealers and music critics alike.
“When we are talking about psych folk or acid folk, we are really talking about music like this by Trees” Stuart Maconie, BBC6 Music.
Trees first album, 'The Garden of Jane Delawney' (1970) snuggles nicely into contemporary nu-folkies' idea of the genre, and shares some of the pastoral-whimsy that characterised The Incredible String Band or Donovan, offset by some stunning interpretations of traditional material and Bias' own songs. The record includes readings of 'Lady Margaret', 'Glasgerion', the old standard 'She Moved Thro' The Fair', and the extended fade of the group's own 'Road', presage the explosive instrumental duelling that would come to characterise the follow up album, 'On The Shore'.
“The music's arcane power remains intact” Mojo.
“A fantastic band” Record Collector.
“Spectacular” Uncut.
“Sublime” Shindig.
Timeless” Prog.
“It's these two original albums that stand as pinnacles of form” The Wire.
