Furze and Milo Cordell are The Big Pink, and although both are of
music stock, their excellent debut is the first album that either can
really call their own. 2009 started with a bang, with the ink just drying
on a worldwide deal with 4AD, they ignored all the pressure by
heading to the Electric Lady Studios in New York to record and
self-produce what was to become their epic debut, A Brief History of
Love. Mixed by the legendary Rich Costey [Mastodon, Muse, New
Order, RATM], the final results are 11 stunning tracks that chart the
trials of the heart, set within a sound-world that combines melody &
beautiful noise in equal measure. Includes the singles 'Too Young To
