 | THE GADD GANG Here & Now (1988 Dutch 7-track LP, housed in
a spot lacquered & shop price stickered picture sleeve with the
illustrated album credit inner. The sleeve shows minimal wear &
the vinyl appears barely played EPC4610011)

an autograph book that was part of an extensive collection
obtained by the wife of a former Assistant Tour Manager for
Eric Clapton. Well known and a personal friend of many of the
starsthat she collected autographs from, she had
unprecedented access to backstage areas and VIP Events that
enabled her to amass a vast collection of autographs with
consequent impeccable provenance. This particular autograph
was obtained on 10thMay 2004 at The Royal Albert Hall in
London and is a nice unhurried example)

Tracklisting: Signatures were obtained by Yuki Smythe-Park. For many years Yuki's husband Colin, was Eric Clapton's assistant tour manager, working on many of his 1980s concerts & tours. On August 26th 1990, Clapton played the Alpine Valley Music Theatre, Wisconsin, alongside Stevie Ray Vaughan & Double Trouble, Robert Cray and Buddy Guy. Following the show Colin Smythe, along with Clapton's agent Bobby Brooks, his bodyguard Nigel Browne and Stevie Ray Vaughan boarded a helicopter bound for Chicago. Tragically, the helicopter crashed shortly after take-off, killing all on board. Yuki was friends with many artists from that era and continued to attend gigs and fill her numerous autograph books. promotional LP issued to promote the forthcoming tour, unique
gatefold picture sleeve with biography & previous band information in
Japanese inside. For someone like Steve Gadd, who has drummed for
everybody, this requires a gatefold! This sampler sees him
accompanied by Richard Tee, Cornell Dupree & Eddie Gomez amongst
others. Both sleeve & vinyl are in superb condition!)
