1969-1971 (2022 UK 20-track remastered double CD anthology
of Camel member Peter Bardens' recorded work issued
between 1969-1971; comprising his debut solo album 'The
Answer' featuring Bruce Thomas, guitarist Andy Gee and Reg
Isadore on drums plus an uncredited Peter Green
guesting on guitar; including the long opus 'Homage To The God
Of Light', later performed by Camel in their live sets plus his
self-titled second album which enhanced his reputation as a
musician and composer. Additionally, this collection includes
bonus recordings such as the studio out-take of 'Long Ago, Far
Away' and both sides of the rare single by Village [originally
issued in 1969] and both sides of a rare French single of
'Homage To The God Of Light'. Complete with fully restored
artwork and extensive sleevenotes, both discs are UNPLAYED
housed in the sealed fold-out digipak picture sleeve)
