At the time it sold poorly but it has since become regarded as something of a Folk Rock classic, therefore copies are now highly sought after. Released in April 1972, the single track 'Silversong' has since been covered by All About Eve and the entire album is seen as a vital and influential part of the late sixties/early seventies folk boom. The back cover shows a little ring wear & the edges remain fully intact with the lightest spot of scuffing, the spine clearly legible from top to bottom. The labels remain clear & unblemished. The vinyl has received a deep clean on a top of the line Matrix machine & has come up looking sparkling. The vinyl grades EX/EX- with merely a few faint paper hairlines visible under a bright light, which do not affect play. By no means mint, this is still one of the best examples of this extreme UK rarity we have discovered so far & they do not come much better. Highly recommended.
