sleeve reproducing the original album artwork. The sleeve shows

which also features George Tucker on bass & Al Harewood on drums,
pasted picture sleeve reproducing the original album artwork. The
sleeve shows some light shelfwear but the vinyl is flawless. This LP
has come from the vast personal collection of the former Director of
Publicity & Marketing for Blue Note in the USA & has been stamped on
the back of the sleeve as being part of his Jazz Archive - A truepiece of Jazz history! BLP4037)

8-track deep groove mono vinyl LP on Blue Note, with 'West 63rd NYC'
label address plus 'RVG' stampers & 'ear' etchings in the run-outs.
Also features Sam Jones on Bass & Al Harewoodon Drums, pasted
picture sleeve with 'West 61st' address on the back. The sleeve has
seen better days, with some discolouring on the back, edge scuffing &
tape reinforcement along the top, yet all text is clearly legible & the
spine is lookinggreat. Despite a number of light hairline scuffs, the
heavyweight vinyl has been professionally cleaned & still plays a treat,
with just a little light ambient surface noise & the odd click audible on
occasion. By no means mint, we have graded this copy conservatively
as a 'G' but plays to a respectable VG standard BLP4028)

LP, featuring remastered Blue Note recordings from 1963 that were
never released under Parlan's name at the time, also starring Johnny
Coles, Booker Ervin, Grant Green, Butch Warren &Billy Higgins, great
picture sleeve with 'Blue Note Story' inner. The sleeve [VG+] shows
some light foxing & the vinyl is clean & in Excellent condition with the
odd faint cosmetic scuff not affecting play BST84134)
