A FEW OF THE ITEMS WE WANT...
| FRUMPY All Will Be Changed (Rare 1971 UK issue of the 9-track LP,
fully laminated sleeve. Highly acclaimed debut album by the German
Krautrockers that not only features some amazing organ driven pieces
and all manner of studio trickery but is taken to the next level by the
stunning rock/soul inflected vocals of Inga Rumpf. The sleeve on this
copy is strictly graded a strong VG+/EX- as there is some edgwear
and ringwear evident, although there are no rips or tears and all text
remainsclearly legible, the vinyl is graded EX as there is some slight
mottling if held close to the light and the occasional light scuff but
nothing that greatly affects playback - overall an excellent condition
copy of this seldom seen Krautrock classic)
Tracklisting: Life Without Pain 3:45
Rosalie, Part 1 5:54
Otium 4:23
Rosalie, Part 2 4:10
Indian Rope Man 3:17
Morning 3:20
Floating, Part 1 7:33
Baroque 7:33
Floating, Part 2 1:23 | | FRUMPY By The Way (Original 1972 German-only 6-track vinyl LP on
the Vertigo 'swirl' label, housed in a glossy colour picture sleeve
featuring a striking live photograph of singer Inga Rumpf on the front
with lyrics printed on the reverse, complete with the rare 24"
x 36" fold-out colour poster. The sleeve shows a little creasing to one
corner, but is in otherwise superb condition - beautifully clean with rich
colours. Despite being 35 years the poster remains bright andunfaded with remarkably no splits along the folds. The vinyl looks unplayed save for a mere handful of light inaudible scuffs, retaining a glorious 'just pressed' lustre with pristine labels free from spindle wear - a stunning copy!)
Tracklisting: 1. Goin' To The Country 3:40
2. By The Way 8:51
3. Singing Songs 7:03
4. I'm Afraid, Big Moon 6:26
5. Release 8:51
