A FEW OF THE ITEMS WE WANT...
| BREAD, LOVE & DREAMS Amaryllis (Mega rare mystical acid folk 1971
first UK press 7-track stereo LP on the boxed Decca label, the group's
third & final effort recorded during the making of their second album.
Both albums received no push from Decca after sales of the debut
performed poorly. The group consisted of David McNiven (also of The
Human Beast), Alan Trajan ('Speak To Me Clarissa') & Angie Rew, with
guest appearances from Dave Richmond, Danny Thompson & Terry
Cox (Pentangle), front laminated picture sleeve. See 'more info' for
further details... SKL5081)
Tracklisting: A1 Amaryllis - Out Of The Darkness Into The Night
A2 Zoroaster's Prophecy
A3 Light
B1 Time's The Thief
B2 My Stair-cupboard At 3 A.M.
B3 Brother John
B4 Circles Of Night
The front laminated picture sleeve, with song lyrics on reverse & superb cover painting by Knox, shows only the lightest touch of ring wear & a faint corner crease. The colours are bright & vivid & all print clearly legible including along the spine. The die-cut poly-lined inner is dated '5-71' bottom left. An excellent condition example allround.
The matrices : -
ZAL-10392.P-1W / ZAL-10393.P-1W
The vinyl is super clean with minimal spindle wear & just a light hairline paper scuff not affecting play. We have play tested the disc & can safely say this is a beautiful EX condition copy, the first we've ever stocked in fact! | | BREAD, LOVE & DREAMS Amaryllis (Mega rare mystical acid folk 1971
