A FEW OF THE ITEMS WE WANT...
| BOBBY RYDELL Salutes The Great Ones (UK green & gold Columbia
label 12-track MONO vinyl LP, front laminated flipback picture sleeve.
The sleeve has a name handwritten on the back, otherwise this copy is
in superb condition 33SX)
Tracklisting: 1. My Mammy
2. That Old Black Magic
3. All Of You
4. Frenesi
5. April Showers
6. Sway
7. There's A Rainbow 'Round My Shoulder
8. This Could Be The Start Of Something
9. So Rare
10. Wrap You Troubles In Dreams
11. The Birth Of The Blues
12. Nice Work If You Can Get It | | BOBBY RYDELL A World Without Love (Japanese Cameo label 7" vinyl
single; with intact red and silver tri-centre and Our Faded Love on the
b-side. The b-side has a small blemish grading it as VG otherwise, the
a-side and unique picture insert are Excellent! JET-1425)
Tracklisting: 1. A World Without Love
2. Faded Love | | BOBBY RYDELL All The Hits (1962 US 12-track mono LP that has the
classic title 'All The Hits', which always seemed to me a bit dodgy as it
implied that there were only twelve hits & that the career of the artist
had therefore ceased to be. Even more dodgy, when you realised that
most of the 'Hits' were actually covers of other people's hits. Still,
feast your eyes on that Hi-Fi! The Love Nest decor! The Cardigan of
Doom! The unused Sofa with his own albums carefully arranged as to
provoke conversation & break the ice. This is a man who obviously
knows how to have a good time, so you can be sure yourself of
having one too. The pasted picture sleeve has a small promo punch
hole but otherwise shows minimal shelfwear with just a little age
yellowing to the back slick, the vinyl is immaculate - A superb copy of
this classy album that is worth it alone just for the fifties style 'ideal
home' cover - A gem! C1019)
Tracklisting: Hey! Baby
The One Who Really Loves You
Baby It's You
Dream Baby
I Know
Soldier Boy
Twistin' The Night Away
What's Your Name
Break It To Me Gently
Don't Break The Heart That Loves You
