12" vinyl EP - Produced by David Bowie & engineered by Roy Baker,
Arnold Corns was initially a collaboration between Bowie and his
clothes designer Freddi Burettiand featured both MickRonson & Woody
Woodmansey as well as Mark Carr Pritchard & Trevor Bolder; also
including 'Looking For A Friend' & 'Hang On To Yourself'. All recorded
on 17th June 1971, the three tracks are all considered to be the
blueprint for Ziggy Stardust. Housed in a glossy picture sleeve. The
sleeve has a small seam split in the bottom edge and shows some

band formed by David Bowie, with four-prong centre & custom
'30.4.71' release date print. Also features 'Hang On To
Yourself'.Bowie gets writer & producer credits on both sides
& David also performed on guitar & did most of the vocals.
This is an original pressing with machine stamped matrices in
the run-outs & the original 'D.J. Sample - Not For Resale'
sticker affixed both sides of the label. The labels are
Excellent with no tears or writing & the record comes housed
in a plain black die-cut sleeve. The vinyl grades VG+/EX- with
a nice sheen both sides. There is a tiny paper mark in the side
one run-in not affecting play - under a bright light, the vinyl
reveals just some minor cosmetic wear with the odd faint
paper hairline after so many years in the wild. A superb find!
