A FEW OF THE ITEMS WE WANT...
| ANTI-CIMEX Anti-Cimex-EP: Anarkist Attack (Monster rare 1982
Swedish 4-track 7" EP, front and back picture insert sleeve with
separate lyric insert. Debut release from the cult Swedish punks who
were part of the Scandinavian 'Kangpunk' scene of the early '80s.
Although 500 were originally made, it's estimated that far fewer were
ever made available as many were thought to be lost/damaged, which
would explain why so few ever surface for sale. The sleeve was also
problematic; the frontand back images were misaligned resulting in
the band cutting the sleeve to create two separate images. What's it
sound like? Four tracks of short, sharp, brutal hardcore played like
their lives depended on it - just how we like it! The paper sleeve
inserts show some slight curling at the edges, but remain fully intact
with no rips, tears or marks, whilst the lyric insert shows no signs of
wear at all. The vinyl does show some light hairlines but playtesting
reveals just some light surface noise on the run-in groove and has no
affect on play - overall, a more than acceptable copy of this
punk/hardcore holy grail BULLSHIT001)
