Plus also includes an NTSC DVD-R acetate featuring the promo video for 'Away From Here'. Custom printed discs complete with a custom studio title/tracklisting inlay - the band name had the 'UK' added in the US due to there being an American alternative metal band with the name of 'Enemy')
