U2 Boy (UK/EU 11-track LP pressed on 180-gram classic black vinyl, remastered in 2008 by Arnie Acosta from the original analogue tapes and cut by Bernie Grundman. Their 1980 debut was recorded in Dublin and produced by Steve Lillywhite. Including I Will Follow and A Day Without Me, as well as live favourites Out Of Control and The Electric Co. Boy announced the arrival of four young men from Dublin who would conquer the world in short order. Bono and company were barely out of their teens when they recorded their first album, and their youthful vigor lights up every track here.
