THE CHECKMATES, LTD. Love Is All We Have To Give (1969 German 6-track stereo vinyl LP, fully laminated picture sleeve. One of the most unusual Phil Spector productions of all time, a classic slice of baroque soul taken to awhole new level withthe whole of side two devoted to 'The Hair Anthology Suite' based around tracks from the Galt MacDermot score to the musical Hair filtered through the genius talents of Spector. The sleeve shows only the lightest shelfwear with a bit of laminate creasing along the spine & the vinyl remains excellent & shows few signs of play)
