Birth Of The Cool - 1st - turquoise label - VG

MILES DAVIS Birth Of The Cool (Incredibly rare original 1956 UK 11-track mono LP on the turquoise Capitol label, featuring early 1949 to early 1950 recording sessions that marked a turning point in jazz towards a more stylistic sound. Includes the masterful 'Move' and 'Boplicity'. The heavy duty pasted sleeve shows a little laminate lift to edges and to the bottom (scalloped) flipback with ringwear evident, mainly to the back, whilst all text is clear. The vinyl shows only a few light signs of play. Highly recommended! T762)
