THE CLASH Capitol Radio (April 1977 UK promotional limited edition 4-track 7" EP, originally only available by mail order to readers who sent off the coupon printed in the NME together with a red sticker found on the inside cover of the first 10,000 copies of The Clash's eponymous album, which had been released that week. Features the 'punkier' version of 'Capitol Radio' plus 'Listen' & a two-part Interview with Tony Parsons, complete with custom flipback picture sleeve with 'Picture Withdrawn' print on the back. The delicate sleeve is excellent with some minor discolouration and a small tear in the opening edge, but the Joe & Mick image is still clean and bright. The vinyl grades as VG with some visible surface scuffs and light wear but plays fine. A respectable copy of this highly prized punk collectable! CL1)
