SUICIDE Suicide (Very rare original 1977 US 1st issue 7-track vinyl LP on the Red Star label [run by the New York Dolls Marty Thau], picture sleeve. Seminal debut album from the '70s NY underground, distorted beats and synths from Martin Rev mixed with Alan Vega's howls and whispers, make this a precursor to post-punk, industrial, techno and beyond. The picture sleeve is graded Excellent with a minor scuff along the bottom edge, slight ringwear and still retaining its period correct import sticker, the vinyl is stunning and grades as Near Mint - an incredible example of one of the 'alternative' albums from the '70s and only the second copy we've ever had the pleausre of offering for sale - Highly Recommened)
