MILES DAVIS Milestones (Scarce 1958 UK first press 6-track mono LP on the rough textured black & silver Fontana label, featuring Miles' classic Sextet period, with Cannonball Adderley & John Coltrane also at the top of their game. The album includes the essential title track plus Miles' wonderful take on Thelonious Monk's Straight No Chaser, front laminated flipback picture sleeve. This copy comes from the collection of an ex-Philips employee and despite a tiny mark to the reverseof the sleeve & faint clouding to one side of the vinyl, it is essentially Near Mint, having been stored in an unplayed condition - wonderful TFL5035)
