STIFF LITTLE FINGERS Gettaway (Rare original 1979 UK 23" x 16.5" poster issued in very small quantities to promote their third single [Gotta Gettaway] and summer '79 U.K. tour. It's a fantastic monochrome image [which was also used for the single release] with band name and title text in the top left-hand section, tour dates directly below and 'new single/label text' positioned in the bottom right corner. The thin paper stock has survived remarkably well, the only evidence of wearis four tiny pin-prick holes in each corner. There are no creases, rips or tears and the poster has been kept flat rather than rolled or folded - incredible for a forty-two year old item. This would be the groups last tour as an independent entity, shortly after they moved their Rigid Digits label away from Rough Trade Distribution and signed with Chrysalis Records - it's a wonderful piece of punk history and an ideal candidate for framing)
