EXUMA Exuma (Afro-Folk 1970 US 7-track LP on the red Mercury label, from an artist & traveller impossible to pin down. Born in the Bahamas, Exuma [named after the Bahamian district] fused West African-based rhythms & his own brand of folklorewith blues & American soul to great effect, backed by The Junk Band & Daddy Ya Ya. Comes housed in a fully textured & pasted gatefold picture sleeve with lyric insert. The sleeve [VG+] has no deletion cuts & shows just a few minor paper scuffs & the vinyl grades Excellent with some minor paper hairlines to show play SR-61265)
