MILES DAVIS The New Miles Davis Quintet (Very rare 1955 UK 6-track mono 'deep groove' LP on Esquire, starring John Coltrane on Tenor, Red Garland on Piano, Paul Chambers on Bass & Philly Joe Jones on Drums, housed in a fabulous sleeve variant to the US Prestigeissue, drawn by cartoonist Mel Calman. The flipback sleeve is fully laminated and shows some light edge creasing plus a half inch split in the bottom edge, however the print is unblemished and the spine perfectly legible. The vinyl has spindle wear to indicate play, but is otherwise excellent)
