U2 One (Rare German Island label 'Unverkäufliche Musterplatte' white label wide centre vinyl 7" test pressing for the 1992 single release, also includes Lady With The Spinning Head. The label on both sides are hand-annotated detailing the catalogue number [115164 ] & side letter, housed in a plain white sleeve which also has the catalogue number written and has been affixed with the studio engineer's hand-written library tag)
