The overall condition of this very rare publicity set would probably be graded VG+ if it was an album.

There is some staining to the front of the notepad and some leaves have been removed, which probably explains why there are not twelve envelopes.
There is also a small tear out of the bottom of the front page of the photo booklet.
That's the bad news.

The good news is that the photos, the rest of the photo booklet & the folder are in great condition.

The other good news is that this very rare set is being offered at a fraction of the price of a mint set.

A superb addition for any serious Wings/Macca collector!
