XTC as THE DUKES OF STRATOSPHEAR Psonic Psunspot (2009 UK 17-track promotional enhanced CD album - In 1985 XTC wanted to make an album that sounded like it was made in 1967 and to sound just like every other band in 1967.It was destined for either catostrophic failure or a huge success. So while the XTC album 'Big Express' was being mixed, Andy was also strumming psychedelic Dukes sketches into his cassette recorder. John Leckie agreed to produce the projectand The Dukes were born. Comprises the original 10-track album, expanded with 6 Bonus Demo Recordings including 'No One At Home [Vanishing Girl]', 'Little Lighthouse', 'Collideascope', 'Shiny Cage', 'Brainiacs Daughter', 'The Affiliated'; plus the 'You're A Good Man Albert Brown' CD-Rom Video.
