THE GREG LAKE RETROSPECTIVE From The Beginning (2005 UK 32-track advance Sanctuary Records 2 x CD-R acetate album set, issued exclusively to radio stations and reviewers.The first disc is made up of key material from King Crimson's and ELP's histories along with live stuff from a 1981 Lake solo tour, the only exceptions are the live 1972 version of 'Take a Pebble' and 'Still', the title track from Pete Sinfield's 1973 solo album. The second disc comprises Lake's solo work, and hisforays with Emerson, Lake and Powell and the latter-day re-formed ELP. Custom printed discs, plus title/tracklisting inlays)
