A FEW OF THE MOST RECENT ITEMS WE WANT...

KEEF HARTLEY BAND Overdog (1971 UK first issue 7-track stereo LP on a brown & white Deram label, matt gatefold picture sleeve. This is a one previous owner copy. The sleeve shows just a little light shelfwear with a bit of edge scuffing and the vinyl remains in superb condition with few signs of play. A hard rocking, hard to find gem! SDL2)

Tracklisting: 1. You Can Choose 2. Plain Talkin' 3. Theme Song / Enroute / Theme Song Reprise 4. Overdog 5. Roundabout 6. Imitations From Home 7. We Are All The Same
BLACK SABBATH Paranoid (Super Rare very first press 1970 UK 8-track LP on the Vertigo label with large 'swirl' logo and 1Y1/2Y1 matrices. This fantastic edition is housed in the first matt un-laminated gatefold picture sleeve with 'Big Bear' credits printed on the inner spread making it not only the hardest edition to find but an un-missable opportunity to own a true classic piece of recorded Black Sabbath history, complete with poly 'swirl' inner also in fabulous shape!)
See'MoreInfo' for further juicy details ...

Tracklisting: The second studio album by the English heavy metal, released on the 18th September 1970, it was the band's only LP to top the UK Albums Chart until the release of 13 in 2013. Contains several of the band's signature songs including Iron Man, War Pigs and the title track, which was the band's only Top 20 hit, reaching number four in the UK charts. The matrix numbers indicating that this copy was among the first pressed are: SIDE A - 1 Y // 1 V 420 SIDE B - 2 Y // 1 V 420 Condition The Gatefold sleeve designed and photographed by Marcus Keef. Originally to be titled War Pigs, changed at the last minute to avoid offending America due to their involvement in the Vietnam conflict. As mentioned in the main description this has the credit to Jim Simpson/Big Bear Managament on inner gatefold. These were withdrawn due to contractual disputes between the band and Big Bear. The initial pressings were paired with unlaminated sleeves, which typically due to even light wear, tend to change the black to lighter greenish hues. This example appears to have been stored in a poly outer from day one, leaving it a Near Mint example with no discernible sign of wear - a stunning example. The poly-lined inner is the original with 0170 date to the bottom and aside from a few spots of faint discolouration remains clean & flat. It's the small things that count! The label features the large swirl logo above spindle and 'VERTIGO' text below. This label design was used for both the first issue (with Big Bear credit) and the second issue (with the Big Bear credit removed). The vinyl is a high-end excellent, close to tipping into Near Mint with just a few faint scuffs and such little spindle wear that it appears to have only been given a day trip to the turntable. We just never see this album in condition such as this and given the quality of the songwriting, is it any wonder they were usually played to death? Not this one though! Tracklisting Side A 1. War Pigs 2. Paranoid 3. Planet Caravan 4. Iron Man Side B 1. Electric Funeral 2. Hand Of Doom 3. Rat Salad 4. Fairies Wear Boots

FAMILY It's Only A Movie (Scarce 1973 UK 9-track LP, complete with the illustrated inner & rare fold-out 'Banger' insert. The picture sleeve is Excellent with minimal shelf wear & the vinyl grades Excellent with some light paper hairlines to showplay RA58501)

Tracklisting: 1. It's Only A Movie 2. Leroy 3. Buffet Tea For Two 4. Boom Boom 5. Boots 'n' Roots 6. Banger (Instrumental) 7. Sweet Desiree 8. Suspicion 9. Check Out
