A FEW OF THE ITEMS WE WANT...
| THE WEE CHERUBS Dreaming (Impossibly rare 1984 UK 7"
vinyl single, written by a pre-Bachelor Pad's Martin Cotter.
One of only three releases by the short-lived Glasgow based
indie label Bogaten, although redolant of early Orange Juice in
the sound of the A-side, also looks forward to Shoegaze, with
a reverb-drenched cover of The Velvet Underground's Waiting
For My Man on the B-side. Housed in a thick-card wrap-around
cover printed on both sides, with fantastic picture labels
addinga lovely home-made feel. This is a one-owner copy,
seemingly played once, and then carefully stored for over
thirty years; the sleeve is beautifully clean with sharp corners
& edges, whilst the vinyl betrays no sign of play, leaving it
Near Mint. Although some reports state that 1000 copies were
pressed, it is generally accepted that only 400 eventually
went on sale, making it an item that we have never and will
never see again; once its gone, it stays gone!BOGATEN02) | | THE WEE CHERUBS Dreaming (Impossibly rare 1984 UK 7"
