A FEW OF THE ITEMS WE WANT...
| THE LOOT Baby Come Closer (Scarce psych/freakbeat 1967 UK 7"
single on Page One with 3-prong centre intact, die-cut company sleeve
and 'Baby' on the b-side. The vinyl is excellent POF013) | | THE LOOT Singles A's And B's (2004 UK 14-track CD album,
compiling the A & B sides of this underrated group's singles output,
originally released on Page One and CBS between 1966 and '69; The
Loot were something of a minor-league Troggs, featuring original
Trogg Dave Wright, and had further connections to their Andover
cousins, with Trogg drummer Ronnie Bond providing production skills
on some singles, and The Troggs themselves covering Loot's debut,
'Baby Come Closer', on their 'Trogglodynamite' LP - standouts here
include the compressed freakbeat crunch of 'Baby Come Closer',
proto heavy pop psych on 'Radio City' and DDDBMT-esque 'She's A
Winner'. Sealed & stickered picture sleeve)
Tracklisting: 1. She's A Winner
2. Try To Keep It A Secret
3. Baby
4. Baby Come Closer

single on Page One with 3-prong centre intact, die-cut company sleeve
and 'Baby' on the b-side. The vinyl is excellent POF013) | | THE LOOT Try To Keep It A Secret (Killer Freakbeat 1969 UK
7" single with three-prong centre, written & produced by Elton
John's fave session man, Caleb Quaye, with links to The
Troggs. Also features the marvellous psychedelic b-side
'Radio City', die-cut company sleeve. The vinyl is Excellent
with very little evidence of play. Highly recommended
