Although black vinyl promo copies were sent to Radio Stations & reviewers, the retail commercial release was cancelled, but not before the sleeves had been printed. This is one of those original surviving picture sleeves with internal flipback construction, and it remains in excellent condition with only minor creases evident and importantly no seam splits.
