In 1993 the band flew to Memphis to record at the legendary Ardent Studios with producer Tom Dowd [AtlanticRecords] with additional musical [ahem] muscle provided by the Muscle Shoals rhythm section [Wilson Pickett, Aretha Franklin, Staple Singers].
