FRANK ZAPPA Ticket Stubs & Stickers (We do, every now and again
offer ticket stubs but generally they tend to come from either America
or the United Kingdom, what we have here are three different ticket
stubs for shows which Uncle Frank performed at in Belgium, yes you
did read that correct, Belgium. Each one for the same venue, Forest
National [also known as Vorst Nationaal] located in Brussels, for the
years 1979, 1980 and 1982, each one shows the date although we did
have to research to make sure we had the correct years, and stamped
by the venue. Each one has some tape marks but are otherwise
excellent. As an added bonus, we are also including a quantity of nine
different sized Zappa stickers, with album artwork and well known
images of Uncle Frank up to his old shenanigans)

BLEEDING ROMEO / YAMAHA HURRICANE / R.T.C. Mystery Disc
(Very strange 1987 Dutch only promotional press pack for the
'Mystery Day' in De Effenaar in Eindhoven on Saturday 19th
December devoted to Frank, with Frank's music being
performed by the three bands on a unique 12-track stereo LP,
which is complete with an illustrated narrative insert & a back
covered with adverts for the various sponsors of the event.
The kit also contains a seven sheet double sided press
release with articles about the event & Frank's career along
with a map showing you how to get there. The kit is rounded
off with a copy of 'Effenaar Bulletin' for December 1987 with a
centre spread devoted to Mystery Day. I bet it was quite
something and I only wish that I could have been there.
Zappa did eventually make his last personal appearance in
Holland in Rotterdam on the 4th & 5th of May 1988, by which
time the tour band was already beginning to implode, causing
Frank to call a premature end to the tour after the last
European show. He was never to tour again)

FRANK ZAPPA European Tour: April 7th - June 9th (1988 US
printed ring bound tour itinerary for what was to become the
final leg of the ill fated 1988 tour. Frank had fielded one of
the most versatile bands that he had ever taken on the road,
capable of playing anything from his vast back catalogue with
ease and able to dip into a repertiore of intense performances
and change at the flick of a finger from the maestro himself
into any other song of his choosing, whatever tempo or style.
As ably documented in Andrew Greenaway's book 'Zappa The
Hard Way', personal differences between members of the
band and his own fatigue caused Frank to call off what was to
have been the last leg of the tour across the Central and
Western United States. It turned out that the gig on June 9th
in Genoa became the last gig that Frank and his amazing tour
bands ever played. From the personal collection of the late
Doug Lock, what we have here is a hand annotated itinerary
listing the tour retinue, hotels, travel time and venue
information for that critical final leg of the final amazing tour
of 'The Best Band You Never Heard In Your Life')
