BOOKER ERVIN Back From The Gig (Sealed 1976 US 11-track double LP, comprising two previously unreleased sessions featuring the brilliant tenor saxophonist in sextet and quintet formats, both recorded in New Jersey by Rudy Van Gelder in 1963 and 1968, with Johnny Coles, Woody Shaw, Grant Green, Kenny Barron, Horace Parlan & many more. All selections released here for the first time, textured gatefold sleeve with a deletion drill hole top right. This copys is still in its stickered shrinkwrap and is therefore Mint and unplayed BN-LA488-H2)
