DR STRANGELY STRANGE Heavy Petting (Very Rare 1970 UK first issue 11-track stereo vinyl LP on the large Vertigo 'swirl' label with machine stamped matrices ending 1Y/1 / 2Y/1 in the run-outs, this second album from the experimental Irish folk group was expertly produced by the great Joe Boyd and features the legendary Gary Moore on lead guitar, housed in a unique & unusual fold-out die-cut picture sleeve designed by Roger Dean along with the poly lined swirl company inner. Condition
The unique & unusual fold-out die-cut picture sleeve was designed by Roger Dean and is in G [Good] condition displaying some unfortunate shelfwear to the die-cut sides, most notably to the right side which has been reinforced with selotape to stop further tearing and only retains one of its card lyric inserts which has come away from the sleeve itself.

However, the labels are clean with no tears or writing with just a little spindle marking by the centre hole showing evidence of play. But its the vinyl that really stands out, there is very little evidence of play showing, its in remarkable (!!) condition and is the real highlight of this copy.
