SUN RECORDS Sun Records: The Rocking Years (1986 213-track TWELVE vinyl LP box-set, a comprehensive collection of the greatest rockers ever to come out of the Sun stable, including Carl Perkins, Roy Orbison, Kenny Parchman, Gene Simmons, JerryLee Lewis, Charlie Rich, Tracy Pendarvis to name just a few of the names on this set. Tweleve LPs in individual picture sleeves with sleeve notes on the reverse, presented in a gold printed hard box, complete with a 50 page 11"x11" booklet, crammed full of pictures, interviews, essays and newspaper clippings. The box shows some print wear and has some splits on the reverse due to the sheer weight of the contents, however the corners are still intact, with the booklet complete and just showing a little light foxing to the cover, leaving the pages within clean, whilst the sleeves shows just a little light ringwear. The vinyl has light hairlines, paper scuffs and cosmetic wear spread across the 24 sides and is graded Excellent overall. A fantastic item! SUNBOX106)
